আজাজ অটো (www.azazauto.com) ওয়েবসাইটটি ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে আপনি আমাদের সকল শর্তাবলী মেনে নিচ্ছেন বলে গণ্য হবে। আমাদের সেবা গ্রহণের আগে দয়া করে নিচের শর্তগুলো মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ুন।
১. যোগ্যতা এবং অ্যাকাউন্টের দায়িত্ব
- বয়স সীমা: আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট থেকে কেনাকাটা করার জন্য গ্রাহকের বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর হতে হবে।
- অ্যাকাউন্ট: পণ্য অর্ডার করার জন্য ওয়েবসাইটে অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলা বাধ্যতামূলক। আপনার পাসওয়ার্ড এবং অ্যাকাউন্টের নিরাপত্তার দায়িত্ব আপনার।
২. অর্ডার গ্রহণ এবং বাতিলকরণ
- কর্তৃপক্ষের অধিকার: অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত কোনো কারণ বা পণ্যের স্টক না থাকলে আমরা যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখি। সেক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহককে ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে।
- গ্রাহকের অধিকার: পণ্য শিপমেন্ট হওয়ার আগে গ্রাহক চাইলে অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারবেন।
৩. মূল্য, ভ্যাট এবং ডেলিভারি চার্জ
- ভ্যাট (VAT): ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত পণ্যের দাম ভ্যাট ছাড়া। যে সকল পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে ভ্যাট প্রযোজ্য, তা চেকআউট করার সময় মূল দামের সাথে যুক্ত হবে।
- ডেলিভারি চার্জ: ৫ কেজি পর্যন্ত পণ্যের ডেলিভারি চার্জ ১২০ টাকা। ৫ কেজির বেশি ওজনের ক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ার ও ওজন অনুযায়ী চার্জ পরিবর্তিত হবে যা চেকআউট পেজে স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে প্রদর্শিত হবে।
৪. পণ্যের তথ্য ও ছবি
- ছবির ভিন্নতা: আমরা ১০০% জেনুইন পণ্য নিশ্চিত করি। তবে ফটোগ্রাফি এবং লাইটিং-এর কারণে পণ্যের আসল রঙ ছবির থেকে সামান্য আলাদা মনে হতে পারে।
- প্যাকেজিং: সিল করা বা ইনট্যাক্ট পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে ভেতরের বোতল বা প্যাকেটের রঙ ব্যাচ ভেদে আলাদা হতে পারে, তবে পণ্যের মান ও সত্যতা অপরিবর্তিত থাকবে।
৫. পেমেন্ট এবং নিরাপত্তা
- পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি: আমরা ব্যাংক ফান্ড ট্রান্সফার, বিকাশ এবং নগদ-এর মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করি। আমরা সরাসরি কোনো কার্ডের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি না।
- নিরাপত্তা: গ্রাহকের পেমেন্ট সংক্রান্ত যেটুকু তথ্য (যেমন- ওয়ালেট নম্বর) আমাদের কাছে থাকে, তার পূর্ণ নিরাপত্তার দায়িত্ব আমাদের।
- অতিরিক্ত পেমেন্ট: ভুলবশত দুইবার পেমেন্ট হয়ে গেলে আমাদের হেল্পলাইনে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে। সত্যতা যাচাই সাপেক্ষে ২৪-৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে বাড়তি টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
৬. দায়বদ্ধতা
- ইনস্টলেশন: মেকানিকের ভুল ফিটিং, পণ্যের অপব্যবহার বা অসতর্কতার কারণে কোনো ক্ষতি বা দুর্ঘটনা ঘটলে আজাজ অটো কোনোভাবেই দায়ী থাকবে না।
৭. কুপন এবং অফার
- ব্যবহার: একজন গ্রাহক বৈধভাবে একাধিক কুপন পেলে তা একটি অর্ডারে ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন।
- কারিগরি ত্রুটি: সিস্টেম গ্লিচ বা কারিগরি ত্রুটির কারণে কোনো কুপন বা ডিসকাউন্ট অ্যাপ্লাই হলে, আজাজ অটো সেই ডিসকাউন্ট বা পুরো অর্ডারটি বাতিল করার ক্ষমতা রাখে।
৮. প্রচলিত আইন
- এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত এবং নিয়ন্ত্রিত হবে।
Terms and Conditions (English)
Welcome to Azaz Auto. By accessing and using our website (www.azazauto.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
- Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our platform.
- Account Requirement: Creating a registered account is mandatory to purchase products. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities performed under your account.
2. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
- Our Right: We reserve the right to accept or reject any order due to unforeseen circumstances, stock unavailability, or technical errors. In such cases, the customer will be notified via email.
- Customer Right: Customers can request to cancel an order only before the shipment has been initiated.
3. Pricing, Taxes & Delivery
- VAT/Taxes: Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of VAT. Applicable VAT will be calculated and added during the checkout process for products where it is mandatory.
- Shipping Charges: Delivery fees are based on weight. A standard charge of 120 BDT applies to packages under 5kg. For packages above 5kg, charges vary based on weight and courier service. The final amount will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your selected courier.
4. Product Information & Visuals
- Accuracy: We ensure all products are 100% genuine. However, due to lighting and photography environments, actual product colors may slightly vary from the images.
- Packaging: For intact/sealed products, the color of internal bottles or packets may vary by batch, but the quality and authenticity remain guaranteed.
5. Payments & Security
- Payment Methods: We currently accept payments via Bank Fund Transfer, bKash, and Nagad. We do not process direct credit/debit card information.
- Data Security: We are committed to protecting the limited account information (e.g., wallet numbers) visible to us.
- Duplicate Payments: If a customer accidentally pays twice, they must contact our helpline. After verification, the extra amount will be refunded within 24-48 hours.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Installation: Azaz Auto is not liable for any damages, malfunctions, or accidents resulting from improper installation, misuse, or errors made by third-party mechanics.
7. Coupons & Promotions
- Usage: Customers may use multiple coupons on a single product if they are legitimately earned and eligible per our system rules.
- Technical Errors: If a coupon is applied due to a system glitch or technical error, Azaz Auto reserves the right to cancel that discount or the entire order.
8. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
